Manitoba to throw out ER lawsuit

A homeless man, Brian Sinclair died in the ER after waiting 34 hours for treatment. The lawsuit was filed by his family in September of 2010. The lawsuit seeks 1.8 million dollars, and is against the hospital, staff and the Manitoba government. The hearing is set for 10am-5pm today. He was found dead in the waiting room after someone approached a security guard and said they thought he might have died. His cause of death was due to a blood infection, which could have been cured, had he been treated on time.
