Quebec takes on Bullies
Quebec is starting to crack down on bullying in schools. With television ads, new websites and a social declaration, is Quebec’s newest way to stop bullying. "We need to recognize that we all have a responsibility, that it's not just about the school, it doesn't happen only between 8 in the morning, and 4 in the afternoon." This campaign will cost millions of dollars, but many think it is necessary.
