NHL Fighting Ban - A Definite Conc(L)ussion?

image Sidney Crosby may have to hang up his jersey (again) due to head injuries (again). Although known as one of the best players in the last few years, he could lose it all.

Even after hundreds of head-related injuries, will fights become taboo in Hockey?

Sidney Crosby is not one of my favourite players. In fact, I don't really like him at all.

It's primarily because everyone jumps on his bandwagon. Sure, he is a good player. Heck, he's a great player. I... just don't like him.

However, I have to sympathize with him when he gets a second possibly career-ending concussion.

He could've had a great career. He could've become one of the best players. Instead, he may be sacrificed to the creature known as "violence".

We all know about other sacrifices: Eric Lindros, Scott Stevens and Keith Primeau are just a few suggestions.

So, how do we combat this? What is a possible solution?
